Racor AFSF Air Filter Series – About:

Racor AFSF Series standard air filters are heavy-duty three-stage air filters for on-highway and stationary applications and are designed to be connected to the air intake of gasoline or diesel engines. They have a static vane first stage, followed by standard primary and safety elements. The housing and universal mounting bracket are powder coated steel for a durable, corrosion resistant finish. The standard tube-style inlet is suitable for use with Racor dynamic rotor pre-cleaners.

Racor AFSF Air Filter Series - How They Work:

Air flows through stationary vanes causing the entering air to spin. The resulting centrifugal force separates the heaviest impurities (dust, dirt, insects and other debris) from the air stream. These contaminants are discharged automatically through an integral evacuator valve. Only purified air flows to the air filters (primary and safety stages of filtration).
