We use a variety of couriers for all of our deliveries.
If the items ordered are not in stock and the lead time is more than specified on our website we will contact you with an estimated delivery time, and offer you the option of cancelling your order or of course leaving on back order.
Since Brexit, we have made the decision to pre-pay all customs and duty for residential customers in Europe.
All deliveries sent within the European Union are customs and duty pre-paid, meaning you will receive the goods from us without having to pay any additional fees prior to your delivery.
Businesses within the EU
Businesses within the European Union must enter an EORI number and VAT number, without this information, customs will not clear your package.
You will be billed by the courier for any duties and taxes which are due.

Returns Policy
We will only accept returns within 30 days from order date. Items must be unused and undamaged, if packaging is damaged, a restocking charge may apply.
Any returns after the 30 day period from order date will not be accepted or refunded.
Returns are not accepted for special order items, and non-stock items. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before proceeding.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

Cancellation Policy
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
You must send the goods back to us, to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
