BLAT 27/27 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ BLAT 27/27 Filter Insert is manufactured specifically for CJC™ Filter Separators and is engineered for effective oil filtration and water separation in mineral-based oils up to ISO VG 150 cSt.

These inserts are commonly used in a wide range of industrial and mobile applications, including:

• Hydraulic oils

• Turbine lubricating oils

• Gear oils

• Diesel oils

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts provide an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, retaining:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm in a single pass

The BLAT 27/27 insert also offers a dirt-holding capacity of 4.0 litres of evenly distributed solids.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are captured by the cellulose filter material, with the ability to retain approximately 4 kg of degradation products.

Water Separation
Unlike standard B Filter Inserts, the BLAT 27/27 does not permanently absorb water. Its design allows free water passage, supporting the separation process within the filtration system.
