B 15/12 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ B 15/12 Filter Insert is manufactured specifically for use in CJC™ Filters and provides reliable oil filtration for both mineral and synthetic-based fluids.

This insert is commonly used across a wide range of lubrication and hydraulic applications, including:

• Hydraulic oils

• Turbine lubricating oils

• General lubricating oils

• Honing oils

• Rolling oils

• Gear oils

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts deliver an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in one pass

The B 15/12 insert has a dirt-holding capacity of 0.75 litres of evenly distributed solids.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are effectively retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 0.5 kg of degradation products.

Water Absorption
The B 15/12 insert also supports moisture control, with a water absorption potential of up to 50% of its total contaminant holding capacity (around 375 ml of water).
