Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts provide an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Around 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in a single pass

The A 27/27 insert offers a dirt-holding capacity of 4.0 litres of evenly distributed solids.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 4 kg of degradation products, supporting longer oil life and cleaner operation.

Water Absorption
The A 27/27 insert also helps manage moisture, with a water absorption potential of up to 50% of its total contaminant capacity (approximately 2,000 ml of water).
