HDU 27/27-54-81 Seal kit Viton

The CJC™ Seal Kit HDU 27/27-54-81 (Viton) is intended for maintenance and servicing of CJC™ HDU filter housings, which are used in offline oil filtration systems for hydraulic, turbine, gear, and lubrication oils.

Using the correct seal kit is essential to maintain system integrity, prevent oil leaks, and ensure consistent filtration performance. This Viton version is specifically selected for applications involving higher temperatures, aggressive fluids, or extended service intervals where standard nitrile seals may not be suitable.

Kit Contents

This seal kit includes the following Viton sealing components:

• 2 × O-rings 28.17 × 3.53 mm – primary housing seals

• 1 × O-ring 295 × 5.0 mm – large diameter housing seal

• 1 × U-string 1/4" (14.7 × 22 × 1.5 mm) – groove sealing element

All seals are manufactured from Viton® (FKM), offering:

• Excellent resistance to high temperatures

• Superior chemical and oil resistance

• Long service life under harsh operating conditions

• Reduced risk of hardening, swelling, or seal failure
