C.C.JENSEN offer three kinds of type A Filter Inserts, to remove all four contamination types in one process: particles, water, varnish and acidity.

The CJC™ A-Filter Insert consist of bonded discs. Main ingredient is wood cellulose.

Type A:

CJC® A Filter Inserts are specifically designed for filtering small volumes of hydraulic and lubricating oils.

Best performance in scenarios involving low viscosity or warm oils, attributed to their comparatively higher pressure loss compared to alternative filter inserts.

Used for maintenance of below applications:

Small hydraulic systems
Small engines e.g. generator sets
Small lubricating oil system.

Dirt holding capacity:

A 15/25 Insert = 1.5 litres of dirt
A 27/27 Insert = 4.0 litres of dirt
A 38/20 Insert = 2.5 litres of dirt.

The water absorption capacity:

Up to 50% of the total contaminant holding capacity.

Type AA:

The CJC® AA Filter Insert leverages the technology used in A Filter Inserts, but it is strengthened and fine-tuned to accommodate high flow rates of wash oil used in metal plate stamping and deep drawing applications.

Engineered with fine filtration, substantial dirt holding capacity, and economical operation, it aims to minimise the cost associated with eliminating one kilogram of contamination from oil.

The AA Filter Insert excels in simultaneously removing four types of contaminants—particles, water, varnish, and acidity—in a single streamlined process.

Used for the maintenance of the below applications:

Wash oil, steel pressing.

Type AK:

The CJC® AK Filter Inserts draw from the foundation of the standard A Filter Inserts, undergoing additional drying and vacuum packaging processes to ensure that the cellulose filter media remains entirely free of moisture.

Engineered with a focus on fine filtration and exceptional dirt and water holding capacity, the AK Filter Inserts aim to achieve cost-effective removal of one kilogram of contamination from oil.

Due to the relatively high-pressure loss compared to other CJC® inserts, the AK Filter Inserts are primarily used for low viscosity or warm oils, where below 50 ppm of humidity content is required.

The AK Filter Inserts remove all four contamination types in one and the same process: particles, water, varnish, and acidity. The AK Filter Inserts are used in CJC® Fine Filters HDU series.
