    Cut-to-size coarse dust filter mats made of synthetic mediaFilter classes G2 - G4

    SF coarse dust filter mats are used as preliminary filters where heavy dust loads are encountered in air-conditioning systems and in the intake air of painting and drying systems. The filter medium has a progressive depth structure that increases towards the clean-air side. SF coarse dust filter mats are made of break-resistant synthetic fibres that are fee of substances that can damage paint (silicone-free).

    Cut-to-size fine dust filter mats made of synthetic media Filter classes M5 - M6

    SF fine dust filter mats are used in the intake air in industrial painting systems (SF-V300S and SF-V400S) and in painting and paint spraying systems (SF-V500S, SF-V600G and SF-V5micron). The filter medium has a progressive depth structure that increases towards the clean-air side. SF fine dust filter mats are free of substances that can damage paint (silicone-free). SF-V500S, SF-V600G and SF-V5micron are impregnated with a dust binding agent, and a polyester fabric on the clean-air side further increases the stability of our SF-V600G und SF-V5micron.

The dusty air side is coloured yellow. Dust-Stop (yellow) has an antibacterial dust binding agent (silicone-free).

The filter elements are regenerable and are used where high dust concentrations and coarse dusts must be separated out. (e.g. compressors and ventilation zones in the cement industry)

    Filter foams are made from polyurethane ester or polyurethane ether. Polyurethane ether foams are used in water filtration. They are resistant to salt water. Polyurethane ester foams are used in air filtration. They are resistant to ozone and oxygen. Filter foams have a homogeneous number of pores. The pore size is between 10 ppi and 90 ppi (ppi = pores per inch).
