Coarse dust pocket filters made of synthetic media Filter classes G3 - G4

SF coarse dust pocket filters are made of break-resistant synthetic fibres. The filter medium has a progressive depth structure that increases towards the clean-air side. The thickness of the filter medium ensures that the pockets have a high inherent rigidity. Standard sizes are produced with edge-sealed continuous pockets and welded spacers in each individual pocket, so that SF coarse dust pocket filters display greater impermeability and pressure stress properties. SF pocket filters with plastic frames are fully incinerable. Material properties:

Filter medium tested in acc. with EN 779
Fire protection in acc. with DIN 53438 (F1)
Moisture resistance up to 100% rel. hum.
Temperature-resistant up to maximum 80°C (depending on the frame)
Technical data for SF coarse dust pocket filters: 50-600/G4-6P

Filter class (in acc. with EN 779) G4
Frame size: Width x height (mm) 592 x 592 mm
Depth (incl. frame in mm) 600 mm
    No. of pockets 6 Stück
    Nominal volumetric flow (m³/h) 3400 m³/h
Initial pressure drop (Pa) (Pa) 40 Pa
Recommended final pressure drop (Pa) 250 Pa

The number of pockets depends on the width of the filter:
One individual pocket can be expected per 100 mm:
    e.g.: 287mm - 3 pockets, 402mm - 4 pockets

  • Fine dust pocket...

Fine dust pocket filters made of synthetic media Filter classes M5 - F9

SF fine dust pocket filters are made of break-resistant synthetic fibres. Outstanding features of the multi-layer filter media are a high dust holding capacity and minor pressure drops. Standard sizes are produced with edge-sealed continuous pockets and dimensionally stable spacers in each individual pocket. The spacers guarantee even opening of each individual pocket and effective use of the filter surface. SF pocket filters with plastic frames are fully incinerable.

Technical data for SF fine dust pocket filter: 50-600/M6-8P

Filter class (in acc. with EN 779) M6
