BG 15/25 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ BG 15/25 Filter Insert is manufactured specifically for use in CJC™ Filters and provides dependable filtration performance for a wide range of mineral and synthetic-based oils.

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts deliver an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in one pass

The BG 15/25 insert has a dirt-holding capacity of 1.5 litres of evenly distributed solids, supporting extended service intervals and consistent filtration efficiency.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 1 kg of degradation products, helping maintain oil quality and reduce system wear.

Water Absorption
The BG 15/25 insert also provides moisture control, with a water absorption potential of up to 50% of its total contaminant holding capacity (approximately 750 ml of water).
