BLDA 15/25 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ A 15/25 Filter Insert is an ideal solution for oil filtration in both mineral and synthetic-based fluid systems. It is manufactured specifically for use in CJC™ filtration equipment and helps maintain oil cleanliness in demanding industrial and hydraulic applications.

This insert is commonly used for filtration of:

• Engine lubricating oils

• Hydraulic oils

• Honing oils

• Quenching oils

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts provide an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in one pass

The A 15/25 insert offers a dirt-holding capacity of 1.5 litres of evenly distributed solids.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 1 kg of degradation products, helping extend oil life and reduce system contamination.

Water Absorption
The A 15/25 insert also provides moisture control, with a water absorption potential of up to 50% of the total contaminant holding capacity (approximately 750 ml of water).
