A 15/25 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ BLDA 15/25 Filter Insert is manufactured especially for use in CJC™ Filters and is engineered for effective filtration of water glycol-based fluids.

Water glycols are commonly used in fire-resistant hydraulic systems and require reliable filtration to protect sensitive components and maintain fluid cleanliness.

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts deliver an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in one pass

The BLDA 15/25 insert has a dirt-holding capacity of 1.5 litres of evenly distributed solids, supporting long service intervals and efficient contaminant control.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 1 kg of degradation products, helping maintain cleaner fluid and improved system reliability.

Water Handling
Unlike standard B Filter Inserts, the BLDA 15/25 will not permanently absorb water. Its free water passage is essential for filtration systems where water separation is handled externally as part of the overall process.
