F 15/25 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ F 15/25 Filter Insert is manufactured specifically for CJC™ Filter Separators and is engineered for reliable oil filtration and water separation in mineral-based fuels.

It is typically used in fuel filtration applications involving:

• Diesel oils

• Gas oils

This insert supports cleaner fuel systems and improved equipment reliability by removing harmful contaminants and degradation products.

Filtration Performance

Particle Removal
All CJC™ Filter Inserts provide an absolute filtration degree of 3 µm, meaning:

• 98.7% of solid particles larger than 3 µm are retained

• Approximately 50% of particles larger than 0.8 µm are captured in one pass

The F 15/25 insert offers a dirt-holding capacity of 1.5 litres of evenly distributed solids, supporting extended service life and consistent filtration performance.

Degradation Product Removal
Oxidation by-products such as resin, sludge, and varnish are retained by the cellulose filter media. The insert can hold approximately 1 kg of degradation products, helping maintain fuel cleanliness and system efficiency.

Water Separation
The F 15/25 insert will not permanently absorb water. Its free water passage is integral to the water separation process within CJC™ Filter Separator systems.

For applications requiring water absorption capability, alternative CJC™ A and B filter inserts may be more suitable.
