PTU3 27/27-54-81 Seal kit

The CJC™ Seal Kit PTU3 27/27-54-81 is designed to provide all required seal components for routine maintenance of CJC™ PTU3 Filter Separator housings configured in the 27/54, 27/81, or 27/108 sizes. The PTU3 series is a robust offline oil filtration and water separation system used to remove water, particles, and oil degradation products (oxidation by-products, resin/sludge, varnish) from hydraulic, turbine, and gear oils.

Proper sealing is crucial for these systems to ensure leak-free performance, prevent air ingress, and maintain consistent oil conditioning efficiency. This seal kit contains precision-cut nitrile components matched to original manufacturer specifications.

Kit Contents

The kit includes:

• 2 × O-ring 28.17 × 3.53 mm – primary housing seals

• 1 × O-ring 295 × 5.0 mm – large chamber seal

• 1 × O-ring 240 × 3.0 mm – secondary seal

• 1 × U-string 1/4" (14.7 × 22 × 1.5 mm) – groove sealing element

Each component is made from nitrile (NBR) elastomer, chosen for excellent resistance to oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and mechanical wear — making this kit well suited to industrial and marine filtration applications.
