The Seal Kit HDU/HP 27/27-54-81 provides a complete set of replacement seals and O-rings for heavy-duty and high-pressure CJC™ filter housings. This kit is suitable for use with:

• CJC™ Heavy-Duty Units (HDU)

• CJC™ High-Pressure Units (HPU)

• Filter housings sized 27/27, 54, or 81

Kit Components

The kit includes:

• 2 pcs. O-ring 28,17 × 3,53 mm – primary sealing rings

• 1 pc. O-ring 295 × 5,0 mm – large housing seal

• 1 pc. U-string 1/4" (14,7 × 22 × 1,5 mm) – groove sealing element

All components are manufactured from nitrile (NBR), a robust elastomer known for:

• Excellent resistance to hydraulic fluids, oils, and fuels
