C.C.JENSEN offers Type F Filter Inserts for removing contamination in one process: particles, water, bacteria and asphaltenes from diesel plus varnish and acidity from oils.
Type F:
Specially designed for filtration of diesel and thermal oils.
The CJC® F Filter Inserts are designed with fine filtration, high dirt holding capacity and low operation cost in mind.
The F inserts remove contaminants like particles, water, bacteria and asphaltenes from diesel plus varnish and acidity in the same process.
The F Filter Inserts can be used in both CJC® Fine Filters HDU series and CJC® Filter Separators PTU series.
Used in the CJC® Filter Separators PTU it will continuously separate water from light distillates:
- Diesel
- Gas oils.
Used in a CJC® Fine Filters HDU it will very cost efficiently remove large amounts of particles, varnish and slugde from:
- Quenching oils
- Heat transfer oils.
Type FA:
Specially designed for filtration of diesel and gas oils
The CJC® FA Filter Inserts are designed with fine filtration, high dirt holding capacity and low operation cost in mind.
The FA Filter Inserts can tolerate large amounts of free water and have less tendency to block due to water in diesel, compared to the standard F Filter Insert.
The FA Filter Inserts remove contaminants like particles, water, bacteria and asphaltenes from diesel in one and the same process.
Used for separating water from light distillates:
- Diesel
- Gas oils
Contamination Capacities
Based on field experience we have observed that the total Dirt Holding Capacity (DHC) is dependent on shape and density of particles and other variables within an oil system.
When saturated, the total weight of accumulated contamination depends on the application, the combination of contaminants, as well as the density of the captured contamination.
Type FB:
Specially designed for filtration of diesel and gas oils
The CJC® FB Filter Insert 15/12 is used for filtration of light distillate fuels only slightly contaminated with water.
The FB Filter Insert removes contaminants like particles, water, bacteria and asphaltenes from diesel oils in one and the same process.
The FB Filter Insert is used in the CJC® Fine Filter HDU 15/12, as a transfer diesel filter for smaller engines or in offline diesel filter applications, where a CJC® Filter Separator, PTU is not required.
Used for maintenance of below oil types:
- Diesel
- Gas oils
