Part Finder – Now Fully Optimised for Mobile

RICO Europe’s Part Finder has been upgraded and is now fully optimised for desktop, mobile and tablet.

The new version makes it easier and faster to find the parts you need, whether you're in the workshop or out on site. Everything you relied on before is still there, it’s just been improved and displayed more clearly.

What’s Changed?

Nothing has been removed. We’ve simply made the experience smarter, quicker and easier to use.

You can still search for machines in the same way as before. The difference is how the results are presented and how easily you can move between options.

Add to Your Fleet (1)

You can now manage your machines more efficiently using the ‘Add to Fleet’ feature.

When you select Add to Fleet, the machine is saved under ‘My Machines’, where you can:

• Manage service schedules
• Keep track of maintenance
• Receive email reminders when services are due

It’s a simple way to stay organised and avoid missed servicing.

Improved Search (2)

Dive deeper using our tabs. This allows you to quickly switch between:

• All available parts for your machine
• Filters
• Service kits
• Lubricants
• Machine and Engine parts if exists.

If a specific tab doesn’t appear for your machine and you think it should, let us know and we’ll review it.

You can also view engine parts, machine parts, oils and lubricants where available in our database.

You can now download an application guide for the machine you’re viewing.

This guide includes all available filters, kits and related components.

It’s ideal for:

• Workshops
• Operators
• Fitters working on site

Direct product links are included, making reordering quick and simple.

Each result now clearly shows:

1. SKU – The part number, with a direct link to the product page

2. Description – The filter or component type

3. Notes – Details on optional filters, multiple quantities required, or additional specifications

4. Image – A product image with an option to enlarge

5. Stock Levels –

• Green icon: In stock (with quantity shown)
• Orange icon: Out of stock (with estimated lead time)

6. Price and Quantity – With a clear option to add straight to your cart
