LO4R 27/27 CJC Filter Insert

The CJC™ LO4R 27/27 Filter Insert is engineered for continuous offline filtration of crankcase lubricating oil on medium-speed 4-stroke diesel engines running on residual fuels, making it an ideal choice for marine and industrial applications. It is compatible with various CJC® Marine Lube Oil Filters, including the Lube Oil Filter for 4-stroke engines and CJC® Marine Lube Oil Purifier models.

Designed for Diesel Engine Lube Oil

This insert is optimised for filtration of SAE 30 and SAE 40 lubricating oils, replacing the need for conventional centrifugal separators and significantly improving oil cleanliness and engine protection.

Filtration Performance

Contaminant Removal
The LO4R insert efficiently removes a wide range of contaminants from engine oil, including:

• Combustion residues and soot

• Wear particles

• Oil degradation products (varnish and sludge)
